My daughter recently bought Peeta and Katniss action figures and she is thrilled with them - they are well made, exceptionally detailed, and look a lot like the movie characters. Peeta can stand independently easily and is fairly posable (although he can't sit down) and I've already found him in various places around the house (holding my cell phone on the kitchen counter, standing on the dining table spearing a chicken nugget off a plate, climbing a rope hanging from my daughter's loft bed...) Very cool action figures - can't wait for Rue to come out.

Having read the first book and seen the movie, I was immediately interested when I saw this product offered. NECA makes some pretty cool stuff, and I've purchased several figures from them previously and knew I would be getting a good value. First off, she's dressed in the costume she wore during the Games themselves, with the jacket and military style trousers. A slight downer is the mockingjay pin isn't visible, of course in the movie it was tucked out of sight under a flap courtesy of Cinna. She can carry her Capitol-made bow, and hold an arrow, and the quiver can carry all three arrows which come with the figure. Her face is a reasonable fascimile of the appearance of the young actress whom plays Katniss. Nicely, she can actually stand on her own two feet, a good thing since she doesn't come with a base. It would have been cool to see her dressed in her clothes from the start of the book, but still its a nice addition to anybody's figure collection. Thank you for your consideration.

This action figure is of a high quality and durable. It's fun to joke around with ("My name is Peeta and I love bread!!") and it looks nice to have on display.

not what I excepted
My daughter is a huge Josh Hutcherson fan but this figurine doesn't look like him at all. I suppose you cannot expect much for a small figurine!

Very realistic
My daughter received this for Christmas. She took it out of the package and has it standing. It doesn't fall over, which is nice. It's extremely detailed and looks really good.
