Album Of The Year!,
By
This review is from: Hunger Pains (Audio CD)
Before writing this little review there were only a handful of albums that in my opinion deserved the title "Album of the Year (2009)", including for example "Double Barrel" by Marco Polo & Torae, "A Brand You Can Trust" by La Coka Nostra or "Tha Blaqprint" by Blaq Poet...until this one came out! No fillers on this one, just bangers, you won't need the skip-button when listening to "Hunger Pains"...It's hard to pick a favourite track, but if I had to I'd say "Bloodsport" produced by Germany's Shuko (who is sounding very DJ Premier-ish, in a good way)...the other two Shuko-produced tracks called "Young" and "Skeemers" are of same quality. "I am" produced by The Alchemist and "Pipe Dreams" produced by the great Marco Polo add a lot to the already best album of 2009...Big Thumbs Up!!!

One the Better albums to close out 2009,
This review is from: Hunger Pains [Explicit] (MP3 Download)
A little Gem for the holiday season, perhaps the quintessential Brooklyn hip hop artist of the last 10 years comes through with his best album to date featuring a multitude of stars. Well worth the purchase price.
