For those who prefer a more traditional style of breech as well as minimal grip to the saddle, the Hunt Patch is for you! The patch is still oversized in comparison to most manufacturers, as it does not end dramatically at the knee where the seam catches every time you pull on your tall boots. Instead, it continues three inches below the knee, creating a functional breech whether wearing tall or short boots. The Deerskin Patch protects the knee area where it is in constant contact with the saddle and adds a small amount of grip. This style is popular with Hunter and Youth riders. The regular french terry breech is 88% cotton and 12% lycra with 4 way stretch that allows complete freedom of movement.
