About the Author
Mr. Robert F. Fischer was born June 22, 1938, in Elgin Illinois to Herbert and Ella Fischer. Mr. Fischer served in the Armed Forces for twenty years, with two tours in Viet Nam. He was twice awarded the Bronze Star. He retired as a Chief Warrant Officer in 1977, and lives with his wife Josie, in Georgetown, Texas. They were married January 20, 1974. They have four children, Anna, Linda, Frank, and Vincent.
Occupation: Electronic Technician in Research Laboratory. Other Writings: Several articles and poems published and unpublished.
