I'm sitting under the fan now, and enjoying the quiet, cooling breeze. The air movement is refreshing, but not obnoxious. The fan was easy to install, though the instructions could have been more helpful. We've used the fan in a 12' x 11' room for several months now, and it's perfect. It could handle a somewhat larger room on a higher setting. The old one drove me nuts with it's noise (20 years old!), but this one is very quiet. It's saved us a lot as our AC can be set a bit higher or turned off when the fan is running.

We have a new house and wanted a kitchen fan over the workspace. I combined the fan with the Hunter remote control and it works perfect. Now wires in the wall, no pull strings, no hassle. Fan came on time and as advertized.

The lamp works well and provides plenty of coolness for our small upstairs office. Only problem is the light it came with is not bright enough. Hopefully I'll be able to substitute a brighter one. I AM pleased the light is fluorescent since it keeps energy use down.

I purchased two for a couple of small rooms. I was so pleased I bought 3 more. They all arrived on time as promised. I am technically challenged, so it took about an hour each to assemble and install. I had to read the instructions carefully and slowly but I did fine with them. They are quiet and easy to operate and fit the rooms that are all about 100 sq. ft. just fine. Although I didn't need them, there was one extra assembly screw and attachment for the blades in each fan. I like that. Too often one is missing. The fan was on sale, so I got a great deal and free shipping with the purchase of two. There are not a lot of options for 36 inch fans. No complaints, only praise.

The fan was exactly the right size for the space we had to work with. Very little wobble after install and it was easy to follow the assembly instructions - but I have done many of htese before. I was able to wire to switch the light kit from the wall with little effort.

The small diameter of these fans obviously limits their application and they are much better suited to small rooms or areas. Originally intended for two of them to hang in my sun room but eventually decided to use them in a large walk-in closet and the utlity room. They are satisfactory in these locations. Attaching chains to the switches means draping them around the glass globe which is not the best arrangement. In general OK for their intended use but not the best performing fans I have purchased.

I installed this fan in a small toilet room after having replaced the solid door with a louvered door and removing the exhaust vent. I was impressed with the quality of the fan. It's good and solid and makes very little noise. The installation instructions could have better distinguished between the various kinds of bolts, though. One thing that attracted me to this particular unit was the relatively high air flow; however, I guess this room is too small, because I'm not getting near the breeze I thought I would. To be fair, the instructions specify how much space one needs around the blades, and this room is much smaller than the stated minimum. The included light bulb does not come on immediately; something less than a second. The delay is just long enough to make me think that the bulb is burnt out. One might consider replacing it with another energy-efficient bulb that doesn't have this problem.
