The fan is absolutely beautiful and does a great job of moving the air in our large, high ceiling master bedroom. The only complaint we have is the "hum" it makes at low and medium speeds (high speed too but not nearly as evident as it is at lower speeeds). We know that Hunter can do better since we have several other, much less costly Hunter fans in our vacation home that are all quiet as a whisper. All in all we like the fan but you should probably pick something else if it's going into a bedroom.
