I acquire this fan for my main bedroom and it looks great!!!
However, I would suggest to include a longer downrod in the case the fan is installed on higher ceilings. The fan moves enough air to make confortable the room without being noisy... as all the Hunter ceiling fans I own. Excellent fan!!!

This fan is great, it looks great, was easy to assemble, the blades are plastic but look very realistic,, and I am fussy and a wood worker,, the benefit is that they balance perfectly..no fussing..out of the box no wobble.
it is without noise. just air movement. I chose to install it without the remote and it is a plus that the included remote is separate from the fan, so it you have wall switches you can bypass using the wireless remote. If you don't, you can wire the remote receiver in and use the hand held remote. thinking about another...they are discontinued..!!
