This is a big, heavy, sturdy Hunter Prestige ceiling fan. Plan some time for the install, but it's all worth it. The fan does not wobble, it does not sway when it runs. And it's quiet. Very quiet. It moves more air than similar fans and is very stylish. A bonus: there are rubber "feet" (isolators) for installing this fan on a concrete (or otherwise solid) ceiling. That contributes to the quiet. If the style of this fan will fit with your decor, you'll be very pleased as well.
