An Interesting Book,
By
This review is from: Hunter (Paperback)
Hunter is the second book written by Andrew MacDonald, aka William Pierce of the National Alliance. His first book, the Turner Diaries, details the results of a race war that culminates in a world ruled by the White race. Hunter is much more localized. Hunter deals with the actions of one man, Oscar Yeager, who can no longer stand what he sees as the degeneration of his country. Yeager goes on a spree of violence and revolutionary acts. The book details his attacks and his growing consciousness within these revolutionary acts. Most people will find this book to be well outside of any of their belief systems. It deals with issues that are anathema to current political realities in both the United States and Europe. It is truly a revolutionary book, as much as the writings of Marx were in their day. Any book that challenges the ruling powers is certain to cause a fair amount of alarm, and Pierce's book is no exception. This novel is the less notorious of the two, as Turner Diaries is generally believed to have been the "blueprint" for the bombing of the Murrah building in Oklahoma City. Hunter contains no massive bombings. It is more a political tract, outlining the belief system of William Pierce, and his concerns with the direction this country is taking, and what he thinks the response to that shift should be. This book is truly for those with open minds, but also carries interest for those who are interested in the so-called "fringe" political elements in the United States.

This book is a real eye opener,

William Pierce (MacDonald) could very well be called a prophet. The people of Alabama will be voting on an old miscengenation law that is still on the books. Pierce captures the feeling of many white people who have an aversion to racially mixed marriages. There is something inate in all humans that keeps the races pure. What makes this book dangerious is that Pierce is able to capture what all racially conscience people think but don't act upon. Oscar crosses the line between malevolent thought and action. It's also intriguing how Pierce gives the FBI a slap in the head by an agent's interaction with Oscar. This book is well written and is only available to the general public because of the First Ammendment.

Excellent insight into political and social reality,

Hunter is a book for anyone with interest in the truth behind American politics. Though not a Bible by any means, Hunter offers a clear insight to which anyone can relate to if one decides to put aside the political correctness for a few hours and read it. It is a fantastic book about the struggle for the realization of truth and the fight against tyrrany, much more realistic than The Turner Diaries and just as significant as Orwell's 1984. I highly recommend it to anyone willing to put the Establishment-sponsored viewpoint aside and consider at least once what someone else has to say.

Fiction, but based on the hard core reality of Human Nature,

This review is from: Hunter (Paperback)
I found the book "Hunter" to be an excellent book. It may be fiction, but be prepared to learn many facts. If you read this book you will find many truths in it. Truths that the majority of people will be able to understand and relate to. This book is not about the past, it is about the present, and possible future of a great people. A must read for the politically incorrect. Riveting and exciting, you will find it hard to put down once you've begun!

An Excellent Revolutionary Novel,

This book was absolutely captivating. I found myself unable to put it down. Macdonald has done more justice to the White Revolutionary movement than any other author to date! "Hunter" is a masterfull work that is a MUST READ for any interested American Patriot! If you have any interest in learning more about the problems that this great country is facing you MUST READ "Hunter", as well as Macdonald's other work, "The Turner Diaries". Maybe then you will see why the government made such a deal about Terry Nichols owning a copy. Absolutely breathtaking.

Violent, intelligent and controversal - a must read !,

This review is from: Hunter (Paperback)
I usually don't review books on amazon, which I bought elsewhere, but due to the qualities of this excellent novel I have to make an exception here.
Written by the late Dr. William Luther PIERCE (founder and head of the racalist National Alliance) under a pen name HUNTER is the author's second (and final) novel, written over a decade after the more infamous and better known TURNER DIARIES. As the author repeatedly stated and quite contrary to popular belief both books were never intended as "blue prints for an extremist revolution". The real purpose was to adress controversial political and racial issues in an entertaining way, with the action just added to keep readers hooked. HUNTER is often described as a kind of racist (or racialist - depending on your point of view) DEATH WISH, which is not true. Sure, the novel starts with Oscar YEAGER killing mixed race couples. Deciding that his one-man-war will lead him nowhere, he changes targets and starts stalking and assassinating what he considers high profile enemies of the white race. A lot of very violent action follows (including a particular gruesome scene where Oscar kills a senator with a garrote and the bombing of a church, where prominent members of a People's Committee against Hate gather). Finally Oscar is apprehended by high ranking FBI agent William RYAN, who blackmails Oscar into murdering RYAN's Jewish rivals at the bureau. Meanwhile Oscar has met Harry KELLER, who is an activist for an organisation called the National League, which is quite obviously modelled on the author's own National Alliance - a give-away scene has a female artist presenting a "preserve the endangered species" (a white family among masses of coloured people) poster during a National League meeting. While Oscar continues to snuff Jewish FBI and Mossad agents for RYAN, he and Harry come up with a plan to put up a Christian fundamentalist TV show, where the preacher (a National League member) will deliver very racialist sermons... My plot summary for HUNTER is insofar misleading, as a brief synopsis suggests a more action filled and somewhat trashy narrative. In fact the novel is indeed talky, with long discussions about history, the Jews, how their religion causes them to hate the Gentiles, their influence in the information and entertainment media and how they use that influence and a lot of other topics. Contrary to many other readers I found that scenes very interesting and compelling reading. Again: Keep in mind that HUNTER is not intended as mere entertainment. Even small details in the narrative are intended to enhance the message (example: Oscar waits in an adult book store for his soon to be victim, a Jewish FBI agent, who has a penchant for pornography. While Oscar peruses the shelves, he muses about the perversions on display and that none of the magazines shows healthy heterosexual sex between Whites.) The style is very good, there are only once or twice corny dialogues (Oscar to his girlfriend Adelaide, "We need to think seriously about getting you pregnant. It's really a crime against Nature for someone with your genes not to have five or six kids.", p.53) The book is also startingly spot-on in his description of a new Big Brother Homeland Security-type law enforcement agency, which RYAN later heads. Here Dr. PIERCE was really ahead of his time! The main point of the book is how multiculturalism and liberalism can cause a nation going down the drain and Dr. PIERCE manages to convincingly get his message across, however I was appaled by and I reject his anti-Asian feelings. Overall - a highly recommended novel!

What a book! I can hardly go shopping without thinking of the opening of the book. Without a doubt the author knows the true enemies of our people and uses this book to show what could be done to defeat them and win America back.

`Hunter' is the second novel by Andrew Macdonald (the late Dr. William Pierce). This is the story of Oscar Yeager, an employee of the US government who has become fed up with the corrupt state of society and its ills. Yeager sees his once-decent society being destroyed by state-sanctioned coddling of lazy, criminal minorities. This coddling, he believes, has encouraged minorities (blacks) to commit crimes and prey upon Whites with impunity. Even worse, he sees members of his own race (White) going along with such insane behaviour. Yeager is especially disturbed by the resulting race mixing. So, Yeager decides to strike back by stalking and assassinating mixed race couples. He also takes out a few race-mixing proponents that just happen to have Jewish names. In addition, Yeager has a girlfriend who does not know of his actions, and he struggles to find a way to fill her in on his personal vendetta.Along the way, Yeager learns that a co-worker, Harry Keller, is an active member of the `National League' ( fictional representation here of the real-life National Alliance). Keller introduces Yeager to the philosophy of the National league and informs him of the real force behind all of the perversion Yeager is upset with: Jews. At first, Yeager has doubts about Keller's claim. However, through a series of long discussions (extensive--and a bit too redundant and lengthy-- dialogue in the novel), Keller gives Yeager a history lesson on the Jews' parasitic role in their host nations; for good or bad (almost entirely for the bad in this novel). Though this is a work of fiction, there is enough truth presented in these dialogues to make one want to believe the claims (it should be noted that there is a lot of nonsense passed off as truth as well here). However, because this is a work of fiction, it should not be considered a factual authority (just as `The DaVinci Code` should not be). This novel is basically a propaganda piece of the National Alliance from the mind of the late Dr William Pierce. There is no attempt to hide this from the reader. To simply pass this novel off as "racist" is foolish and unwise. Those who routinely denounce this work, most likely have never read a page of it, nor will they ever. The story itself isn't much different than that of any generic pulp fiction grocery store novel. The philosophy and motives behind Yeager's extreme actions is what sets this story apart. If nothing else, this novel is thought-provoking. How much power do Jews actually wield in America? Are they, as a race, naturally inclined to manipulate and/or destroy their host nations? Is one's race worth fighting and dying for to preserve? There is plenty inside its pages to offend both left and right, both Jew and Gentile (the author is a strong anti-Christian as well). This is a work of fiction, so take it with a large grain of salt. But do think about the situations and ideas present in this book. You may enjoy 'The Turner Diaries' in contrast to 'Hunter.' |
