Nice Fan
This is an original Hunter that runs in oil. It is not a sealed unit and will last forever. It's very heavy and works great.

Not your fathers Hunter original
Hunter keeps cutting cost out of what they call "Hunter Original". I have one I bought back in 1995 that was a true 'oil bath'. Its decent fan and hasn't died yet though its placed in garage and only used occasionally. Attractive design.
