I really love bagels and I've tried many times baking them from scratch. It is a long hard process, and yet, they never come out perfect. I thought of trying this ready-made mix just for the sake of it. The price on it is not bad, but the hustle of baking from scratch is not different from using a ready-made mix. So far, I only tried the onion and chive mix, and they were only good when they were fresh out of the oven. The next day they were just stale. I'd rather buy bagels from the store instead.
