Was in perfect shape nothing cracked, dried, or missing. There was some weird oil on the top that I believe is to keep it from drying out. Over all it works well applies nicely. Takes some doing to get off and will leave your face with a slight tint if you do not use good soup and a WASH RAG to get it off.
