just got these today. haven't used them in the water yet. the size was my main concern and they fit better than i expected. i normally wear 34" jeans. i have some 36" stuff but need a belt, for sure. based on another review, i got the 36" trunks. good fit. i am sure 34" would have been too small. i also like the fly. no velcro to cause future problems. it is really a half fly with a fold over backing. i am very satisfied. i hope they stay on in the gulf.

I ordered the Mens Hurley Puerto Rico plaid board shorts in the white for my husband and they were basically see through!!! I would not recommend these to anyone that doesn't want their junk to show!!

Great bathing suit overall it's nice material and feels soft. HOWEVER, be aware what size you buy as this bathing suit fits a little snug across the thighs. Perhaps I'm just bigger in that region because the waist fits fine but the upper part of the leg is a little tight.

Hurley Men's Puerto Rico Black Plaid Boarshorts. I ordered 1" larger waist than I buy in jeans and it fit excellently. Style is very nice and the pockets don't lose items while swimming.

Just like a few other people have complained, i got something different from what i ordered. If i read these reviews first, i probably would have reconsidered buying from them.

Ordered the black and white plaid and got the multi plaid. Called customer service and they argued it was the right item because they don't carry black and white plaid board shorts...? Returned to amazon and reordered the same shorts, so frustrated. Leave for our honeymoon in 16 days.

We were so pleased to have found the same item and at a lower price than at the mall store. Wish it had a lining, but other than that, these shorts are stylish and affordable.

I ordered these board shorts from the Hurley men's line a few weeks ago. I got them in the parrot green shade. Some of the other ones looked good too, but I wanted to make sure that I did not feel like I was just walking around in my boxers at the beach. They fit well and are a nice basic pair to have for summer.

Super nice shorts! A little more expensive than I would have like to have paid, but very nice shorts never the less. Service was great! Had my product in 4 days of ordering it.
