Reasonably priced, good performance.
Not bad for the price. Landed a black tip shark in Florida with ease. If your unsure of your surf fishing career, start with one of these and see if you like it, before spending a couple hundred on a fancy rod. I don't surf fish much so this is all I will ever need.

cheap material used
happy when i received it nice looking rod for the price got a 12 ft surf rod, have no used it yet was cleaning today accidentally drop it about 2 ft high now thats it the rod crack , DONT buy if you have money to spare buy ugly stick happy fishing everyone
