I thought that my husband could use this shoe as a work shoe but the size 12 was a little big. He bought insoles to see if they would wear better but only if worn for short periods of time. He kept them and use them for casual wear. Its a good looking shoe but looks a little long on my husband's foot. Should have gotten an 11 1/2. Other than that he likes the shoe.
