For others that may be considering these shoes, the footbeds feel like they would be great for standing all day, if they fit you. Also, adjustability isn't as much as I expected..the strap at the toe really doesn't adjust much at all--more for design purposes I believe. If you look closely at the picture you can see that it's covering a solid piece of shoe, not like the top strap. The heel strap is fixed and has NO adjustment possible. The heel strap does feel very comfortable, however, so I don't see any rubbing issues there.
I would return these except we are lucky enough to have an actual cobbler/leather worker here in my town that I think can shorten the back strap on the one that is too long.
I also LOVE Amazon Prime that gets them to me SO quickly, and Amazon's wonderful FREE shipping policy on footwear.
