Product Description
This is an Indonesian-inspired chile sauce that can be used to "heat up" any food, such as stir-fry, pizza, pasta, or anything you prefer. We recommend it in this recipe for Vietnamese style beef soup. Some hot dog vendors have it as a condiment as well. Ingredients: chili, salt, distilled vinegar, potassium dorbate and sodium bisulfite as preservatives. 8 oz. Product of USA, made in California by Huy Fong Foods, Inc. We also offer Chili Garlic Sauce in the same brand, as well as Sriracha sauce.

This is a staple item at our house. I use it in soups, barbecue, meatloaf, and anything else that we want to spice up. Pure tasting w/o any other spices overpowering the flavor. You "apply" as much heat as you desire and still maintain the integrity of your recipe. The 2 small jars were timely and intact when delivered.

This chili paste is the ultimate. The best hot sauce I have ever tried.And I have been searching for 55 years. They don't add any unecessary fillers or spices, just ground chili peppers. It is not for the weak of heart.

I have a very hard time finding this particular chili paste in local grocery stores and was delighted to find it on Amazon. It is spicy but not not too hot and really good on any type of asian food. The shipping was quick, the packaging more than adequate, and I will definitely buy more once my supply runs out. Please note, this is not garlic chili paste, but straight chili paste.
