Hyacinth bulbs are missing!,

The bowl is beautiful and it was packed well. The planter was shipped with 2 sealed bags of soil but the hyacinth bulbs weren't in the box! The planter itself is worth the price I paid, so I'm not completely disappointed, but I was looking forward to the flowers in March. :(
