Mystery, adventure,destruction. This is a well written book with good plot lines. Characters are likeable and well thought out. The battle scene descriptions made this book hard to put down and were described enough to make you think you were in the middle of the action. All in all an above average start for a 3 part series....

This book is full of sarcasm, humor and suspense. It is wonderfully written with rich characters. You're immediately engaged in this book. The characters are endearing, real and lovable. Its pace is fast and exciting. You can't put the book down. These new authors have hit a grand slam their first time out. I'm looking forward to the next book in this series.

I have to admit, while I watch a lot of sci-fi, I don't read a lot of it. This book changed that for me. It's an exciting ride through a dark glass, and I loved it.

Whether you are a sci-fi aficionado or just a casual reader of science-fiction, this is the book for you. The characters are very well developed presenting the reader with vivid mental images of each. The plot is presented clearly and unfolds a little more with each turn of the page. The authors have taken care to ensure that the reader's attention is held throughout the book - right to the very end. The content is suitable for readers of all ages and furthers the anticipation for the next installment. Keep an eye on these authors - it appears they have more up their collaborative sleeves...

The Hybrid Seed is science fiction at its best. It has an interesting, intriguing plot with well developed, interesting characters. Once you start reading it, you will want to read straight to the end. You will share this book with friends and anticipate the next book in the trilogy. This new writing duo is a pair of authors to watch.
