Ordered one of these jacks (good price) on January 10th, 2010. Received the item on January 20th and it did not work. Shipped it back (at a $40.00 expense that Tool Price will not reimburse) and they received it February 4th. I did not get my replacement jack until March 1st. Tool Price was hard to contact, did not return calls or emails and was very slow to respond to my needs. The replacement jack works fine but Tool Price customer service is poor at best. Having to pay to return a defective item is unsatisfactory and I will not ever again be a Tool Price customer.
