The product is fine. The thermometer looks as pictured. The MAJOR PROBLEM is that the item description coupled with the picture here on Amazon leads you to believe you will be getting a variety pack of all of the thermometers pictured. Rather, after 2 phone calls to Amazon, what you are getting is JUST ONE of the thermometers pictured....and you don't get to choose which one! It's a random grab bag! Sort of rediculous isn't it? So BUYER BEWARE!

i ordered a Set of pool thermometers. It never arrived, nor was I advised of shipment. When I complained they sent me ONE pool thermometer which incidentally does not float properly and it floats forlornly on its side.
