my son suffers from eczema and unfortunately has this irrestible urge to itch...his skin had become as rough as leather and we didnt know what to do- our doctor had recommended using hydrocortisone to help the itching, but we were avoiding it because of steroids and my baby was only 2 months old then! so eventually with his skin condition worsening- him not sleeping and crying all the time, we decided to give it a shot-i bought the aveeno version of it and his skin transformed overnight to babies skin...i ran out of it and used plain hydrocortisone cream- his skin went back to being rough again- i then ordered more of the aveeno version and his skin is back to being like how it was when he was born! it is just fabulous! it is so worth the extra dollars.....its a life saver! my son is happier now and his skin is just gorgeous!

I have used this product for approximately 3 days, and it has reversed about 6 months of eczema flare-up. I have used other cortisone creams of the same strength, but something in them will eventually be as irritating as no cream at all.For me this product is worth it, at twice the price.
