I purchased this product directly from Hydrolyze website, I read many good reviews about this product from there website. I used the whole bottle, the bottle lasted a little over 3 months. Hydrolyze did not help me with my under eye dark circles, it did help with puffiness. I'm happy i did not buy 2 or 3 bottles on my first purchased, they try to get you on your first purchased, they give you a discount if you buy more than one bottle. I would not recommed this product and will not buy again.

this product is weak. didn't do anything for dark circles and less for puffiness. i ordered the 2 extra bottles with my initial purchase for the price break bringing my order to $147.00. when i told them product didn't work they said send it back. they claim they never received unused portion of item and will not issue me a credit even after filing a dispute with my credit card. my mistake was not to have a proof of signature. dont buy this product an absolute zero..... hard to get a human for customer service ... automated order taking very annoying tried to sell me 5-10 other products before i could check out....2 thumbs down......

Heard an ad driving home one night and called to order -- it took forever to finally complete the order since the additional promotions went on and on The product is a sham - my dark circles lightened slightly but no dramatic difference as promised. Then the next supply arrived - I realized I hadn't cancelled - when I called the company I spoke with representatives who just didn't want to hear it - I wanted to speak with a supervisor and was told that one would return my call in 24 - 48 hours - I'm still waiting - so I called again this time the young lady was "with attitude" and put me on hold to talk to the supervisor -- am still waiting - don't buy products from this company if you enjoy courteous customer service and particularly don't buy this product if you expect results
