Great book for the beginner and intermediate grower,

The book really gets into the specifics of growing lettuce in an NFT system. It is based on New Zealand farms, but the information is still good. All numbers are Metric but that should be no problem the convert. I would recommend this book to those who want to grow lettuce for a living and to those who want to do it for their own food.
