This is a homeopathic remedy for leg cramps. Since the FDA is taking Quinine Sulfate off the market soon unless it is prescribed for Malaria, this product can be used to replace Quinine Sulfate. No prescripton is needed and it is an excellent remedy that we have been using for years. It is quite inexpensive, especially if you purchase it from Amazon.com

I was so happy to find this product. I suffer from hand and leg cramps. Just 3 pills of the Hyland's Leg Cramps and my cramps are gone! I will continue to use this product. I have no side effects.

I bought this for my parents who are always fighting during bed time because of waking each other up for various reasons, including restless legs etc. My Dad does have restless legs syndrome (will not see a doctor, of course!) and my mom has similar but less symptomatic symptoms (numbing pain) in her arms at night. It helps the leg jerking tremedously for my Dad and somewhat helps my Moms arms. They both get some sleep now. No more grumps gramps first thing in the AM! Everyone is happy all around. I used it once when I had a leg cramp and it worked very fast! Highly recommend! It may save a marriage! lol.

I was just going on a long road trip. I don't think I would have made it without the product. I have continued to use Hyland's whenever I feel that low back pain (3x back surgery patient) or leg cramping sensation.
I recommend it to many people.

I have been troubled by excriciating thigh and leg cramps at night, despite hydration, magnesium, calcium, and quinine water. I saw this on a patient's med list and decided to give it a try. It works wonders!!!Now I can work out, spend hours on my feet, do whatever, and if I get cramps at all, they are so mild, they stretch right out.I have been a believer in homeopathy before, now I swear by it. I will be keeping this in stock at home.

The best product you can get OTC for muscle cramps brought on my over-exertion and dehydration combined. (which reminds me, I need to order more!)
BTW, this is the only product I know of that contains Quinine and is OTC.

A couple of gulps of tonic(has quinine)works just fine for me...no I don't mix it with anything and it is a lot cheaper than pills. I have these Hyland's Leg Cramp pills and they seem to work also. But you have to let them slowly dissolve under the tongue. I don't mind the bitter taste of the tonic water and it seems to work to alleviate the leg cramps, and other cramps, pretty quickly...nothing to dissolve. And there is nothing better than quick relief when you got a leg cramp. I have seen these Hyland's Leg Cramp pills (100 count) on sale for just under $5.00 so it pays to shop around.

Since quinine is no longer available as a prescription drug, I have been using these to relieve my leg cramps. THEY WORK FOR ME.

We use a combination of the homeopathic tablets and Hyland's - Leg Cramps Ointment, 2.5 oz cream. I tried the tablets first, and saw improvement, but the combination of the ointment and tablets was much faster acting. My son has suffered from leg cramps on and off for a year or so. We are supporting him with nutrition and homeopathic remedies.

He woke up last week in the middle of the night crying with horrible leg cramps. I quickly located the Hyland's Leg Cramp Ointment, and my husband massaged it into my son's cramping legs. On this occasion I actually gave him Arnica Montana 30x 250 Tabs, because I couldn't find the leg cramp tablets. He was back asleep within minutes. Previously, if he had leg cramps he would be up for hours.

Now, I always make sure I know where both the ointment and tablets are in case a leg cramp should pop-up.

If you are new to homeopathy, it is best if you don't eat or drink anything 15 minutes before or after taking the remedy. The tablets should not be handled, so simply tip the bottle over into the cap.

I found this product extremely helpful in relieving my leg cramps, it's a great product
