I have been using this product since 2006. It is every effective. Often my headaches are caused by stress. I am not a coffee drinker. Especially when my children are sick, I get stress trying to make them comfortable and I don't get much sleep from being too worried.

Most of the time headache not caused by stress is because of not drinking enough water. Make sure to drink lot of water, dehydration will cause headache.

I really like using more natural products if at all possible. Unfortunately, this product did absolutely nothing for my headaches. I would encourage those who wish to try this product out (or anything more natural) to try a smaller size (I was stuck with a lot of extra tablets I won't use).
