this is an amazingly effective, non-invasive calmative. Although marketed as a calmative, I find 2 or 3 pills can induce relaxed sleep for a few hours. Great to induce sleep when over-tired, or when you wake too early and thoughts flood your mind preventing going back to sleep.

I can take two of these and it helps me stop thinking about the crazy day I just had and then just go to sleep. I can wake up normally without feeling groggy. Calms are also great for long plane trips where sleeping is difficult and especially for adjusting to time differences and having to try to fall asleep earlier than usual.

We all go through various situations which put us to the test. When traveling, I won't leave the house without these pills and Bach Original Flower Essences Rescue Remedy.

You can also keep these in your purse for when your friends and family are going through stressful times.

These are safe for children and you only need 1-3 tablets for the temporary treatment of nervous tension and insomnia.

Calms Forte 4 Kids works great, when used with your child's health professional's advice on dosing based on age and weight. They are best dosed like any homeopathic medicine: tip the tablets into the cap, then into the mouth, close tightly and store away from children in a dark, normal temperature place. Always follow the instructions and warnings on the package! This is NOT a product to make a child sleepy or drowsy or to "calm them down" based on behavior. It is a very helpful product for a child who is frustrated with excess restless energy and needs to sleep, or rest any time of day. Calms Forte is especially helpful for my child when she has a cold or flu.

My 9 year old is a restless, active child with more energy than he knows what to do with! I have taken Calms Forte for adults and used it to get back into a natural sleep pattern. I trust Hyland's because I used their teething tablets when my child was a baby. Just as I suspected this product works and WORKS WELL!!! We've even used it in the daytime when holidays approach and concentration on school is difficult. I've recommended this product to every parent I hear complaining about their kids not sleeping! To sum it up I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!!!

I use Calms Forte almost nightly. Get to sleep & stay that way thru-out night. Without some sort of sleep aid, I have trouble sleeping soundly. Cannot fall asleep easily & wake during the night not being able to fall back to sleep for any where from 3/4 to 1 1/2 hours. With Calms Forte I sleep well & unlike other sleep aids I wake up ready to go & not feeling "drugged" sluggish for a few after.

When it works this stuff is great. When it doesn't work however, both my wife and I had anxiety and racing thoughts. I've been unable to sleep for 48 hours after taking this once or twice, though I had messed up sleep patterns from working nights anyway.
