My son has eaten 500+ Hyland's Ignatia Amara tablets and not yet bedwetting free.

It's a great product if you would like to relive yourself from the headache of actually having bought it. I wasted days after days hoping my child would be bedwetting free but nothing happened. It made absolutely no difference on m son. A totally ineffective product.

Instead buy a Malem Alarm Malem Ultimate Bedwetting Alarm - Blue 1 Tone w/Vibration OR Malem Ultimate Selectable Bedwetting Alarm with Vibration - Royal Blue

Malem is medication free,very simple to use and above all IT WORKS.
Directions: Alarm sensor is clipped to underwear while alarm receiver is placed on or near the child's shoulder. When the sensor detects moisture the alarm sounds and wakes the sleeping child.

To tell you the truth, I haven't been taking it regularly as I was suppose to, every now and than I would pop four under my tong I guess it made feel better I don't think I got worse..LOL...but I will work on taking everyday for the next few weeks and see the true result. I am sorry I wasn't much help.
