My son has eaten 500+ Hyland's Ignatia Amara tablets and not yet bedwetting free. It's a great product if you would like to relive yourself from the headache of actually having bought it. I wasted days after days hoping my child would be bedwetting free but nothing happened. It made absolutely no difference on m son. A totally ineffective product. To tell you the truth, I haven't been taking it regularly as I was suppose to, every now and than I would pop four under my tong I guess it made feel better I don't think I got worse..LOL...but I will work on taking everyday for the next few weeks and see the true result. I am sorry I wasn't much help.
