Love these little pills
I have used them for about a year, and when I have insomnia, 1-3 under the tongue really do help me drift off. No grogginess, I wake up easy. I also like this company's Calms Forte. I have turned others onto their products and have heard positive results.

Didn't work at all for me
These have absolutely no apparent effect for me. I really like some of Hyland's other products, but these just do nothing for me. I've tried them on three occasions now, and not one wink of sleep resulted.

all natural. no side effects. Takes the edge off stress in the daytime. also allows you to sleep comfortably and relaxed taken at night. great product. also good price. no complaints.

I've had a longtime sleep issue but this Insomnia works quite well for me. It is NOT a drug but seems to relax me enough to drift off to sleep much of the time (not always). It works much better for me than Bachs Rescue Sleep.

My insomnia is ongoing, so I was looking for something effective yet gentle. This product did not work all through the night for me, but helped when I took another dose when I woke up. It has no side effects whatsoever, and I am very sensitive to drugs, so this was important for me.
