I used to be plagued with nighttime leg cramps. I would awaken with painful charley horses several nights a week. This is the only product that has ever eased my pain. For the last 1 1/2 years, I have taken 2 of these tablets before going to bed. I rarely get charley horses anymore. I have gone from painful episodes 3 times a week to now 3 times a year. I sometimes have a hard time finding this product in stores so I buy several boxes at a time from Amazon.
This is the best product I have found & I recommend it highly.

I am often plagued with leg cramps after just dozing off at night to sleep. It wakes me up and is not only painful, but disturbs my sleep. This product works better than the prescription quinine they used to give me for it. And that is no longer available anyway. This really works for me. I usually know if I have had a rather strenuous day on my feet, and I just take a couple before lying down, and very rarely do I get any cramps anymore. When I do, I just keep these at bedside with a glass of water, and wake up, take two, and within moments I am back off to dreamland. I am so grateful for this product, though I had very little faith in homeopathics til I tried this one.

I couldn't live without this product. I get really bad leg cramps and these caplets help ease the tightness and pain. They really do work!
