First of all, I don't normally endorse any drugs, I am recieving no payment for my endorsement, I have no affiliation with the producer of this drug, and I don't believe in Homeopathic cures. Well, usually I don't.

I bought this product with a GREAT amount of skepticism because I was suffering intensely painful leg cramps at night a couple of times a month. A friend at work recommended the product - and frankly I was desparate.

There is simply no doubt about the effectiveness of this product. I take one pill nightly (I don't even know how to follow directions - I take one pill and just swallow it with water) and no more cramps. I go off this medication and cramps start reoccurring a few times a month. Back on the drug again and no cramps. I can't explain HOW this stuff works, but it does.

All I can promise is this stuff works on me. I have no idea if it works on everyone, most everyone, or just a few. But given the alternative of painful leg cramps (and if you have ever had these you understand immediately) you just need to try this stuff out.

I use only a single pill a night. I swallow it with water along with my other normal nightly medications. And something inside this pill stops the cramping. I don't believe it is the quinine because tonic water which contains more quinine doesn't work. But something in this pill - maybe several somethings mixed together - stop the cramping.

This stuff is worth a try!

Whenever I had to be on my feet for hours, at night after I got settled and comfortable in bed my legs would begin to cramp. I would have to get up out of a beautiful warm bed to "walk" (hobble) around to relieve the pain. Then I started taking the pills in the afternoon and no more cramps. As an added bonus my hands no longer get stiff when I hold the newspaper to read it. I tried everything, finally relief.

For months I had suffered continuous pain from my lower back and from my rt hip down to my ankle. I had tried everything, including but not limited to: exercise, advil, aleve, patches (3 kinds), numerous types of rub on pain cream, back/leg ortho cushions, you name it. Within a few hours from taking my first leg cramp pill, I began to feel relief. I was amazed to wake up this a.m. without pain!! I am so thankful that I tried this product!! Thank you Hy-Land!!!

My 85 year old dad had been having almost daily problems with leg cramps late in the day as well as while sleeping as well as on days where he exerted himself (yard work, woodworking). His primary care physician suggested that he try soda water for the quinine which gave him marginal relief but with the side effect of having to wake up to use the bathroom several times each evening.

Doing a Google search found these these quick-dissolve tablets. These work unbelievably well, and within a 30 seconds or so after taking the tablet. My dad takes these when he starts to feel the onset of cramps and is astounded (and so happy) to be finally rid it. And the odd thing is that once he had his cramps under control with these tablets he hasn't needed to use them nearly as often -- he's using it maybe a couple of times a week now and sometimes not for a week at a time.

The cheaper pill form of these tablets that you take with a glass of water had no noticeable effect. Be sure to use the quick-dissolve variety (that you put under your tongue).

The results were apparent in 3-5 days. Her leg cramps eased and then ceased completely after a week. She stayed on the tablets (3 to 5 a day) for another week and hasn't needed them since. This was an amazing turnaround for her as she'd battled them for months prior to finding this product.

A very good product and one to keep on hand if you have this type of problem.

I stretch, I take a prescription medication but I wouldn't get a good night's sleep without this product.

My Mother-in-law doesn't ever want to be without these little tablets again. They allow her to sleep WITHOUT leg cramps!

Hyland's Leg Cramp tablets dissolve easily under the tongue. They act very quickly to relieve terrible leg cramps. I suffer from constant leg cramps and both these tablets and the ointment are remarkable in helping to relieve my pain and suffering. I have to keep them at all times.
