I use this as a sleeping aid, no hangover effects the next day, takes 30 minutes or so to work. Have also used for restless legs and got relief right away.

Walking through the pharmacy section of Walmart my wife saw these and wanted me to try them. To make her happy I agreed but thought to myself it was another just a gimmick after trying many different things already. They actually do work for "ME". My legs feel more "comfortable" when I go to bed or sit to watch tv in the evenings without having the need to keep moving my legs because of discomfort.

My husband swears by these pills. It gives him instant relief from his restless leg symptoms. My mother-in-law was taking much stronger medication for her restless leg until I told her about these pills. She says they work better than her prescription from the doctor.

I used to think that the RLS was, well, BS....until I got it. The irritating and strange sensations that run along your legs while sitting or laying down can be quite unnerving. Of course, I saw the heavily advertised RX for RLS, and figured I would rather deal with the minor irritation of RLS than the take a pill with possible side effects far worse than the problem it is supposed to "treat". Then, while at Wal Mart, I noticed the Hyland's Restful Legs package. I immediately added it to my cart, as I have come to trust Hyland's over the years. I have used a variety of their remedies with great success, this one was no different. Later, that evening, I was home relaxing with my legs propped up in the recliner, and watching tv. Once that "crawling and almost electrical" sensation began in my legs, I went for the Restful Legs remedy. I took the tablets as instructed, was not at all put off by the flavor (which, at first, has the consistency of chalk, then rapidly melts, and has the tiniest amount of flavor. It is extremely easy to take). Within minutes, this stuff had my legs back to normal and I was able to enjoy the rest of my evening. The frequency of my RLS has dropped dramatically. What once was almost a nightly issue, has now become so infrequent, that I really can't remember when I last had leg issues. In any event, I LOVE Hyland's for providing an affordable and SAFE alternative, that actually works! I am so pleased with this company, and will continue to use their products.

I am very happy to have found this product. When my prescription medicine ran out and I found myself paying out of pocket for it, major panic set in. No insurance, prescription was gonna cost me more than 10x what Restless Legs cost me! I like this better in fact; it works to calm my legs and help me sleep without the major drowsiness upon awakening that I experienced with my prescription.

Works great and pretty fast. Doesn't seem to have any side effects. Me and my bf both use when benadryl gives us RLS.

This is a must have in my home,this is all natural product that works for me.Cost is low and I like that I don't have to worry about side effects, if you have legs jerks at night it worth a try.

I use these as a sleeping aid, they work 90% of the time. No hangover effect the next day.

This product works amazingly well. I have 3 or 4 nights a week on average where I cannot sleep because my arms and/or legs will get "twitchy". The need to move is overwhelming and I cannot stay still long enough to fall asleep no matter how hard I try. I have lost many many nights of sleep because of this.
Last night my arm was twitching so badly it was actually jerking around involuntarily. I had just received the pills the day before, and while they are for your legs I figured maybe they would help my arm. Oh boy did they ever help! I dissolved 3 under my tongue as per instructions. Within about 15 minutes my arm was calm and I felt no need to move my arm. There were no side effects with this product. The pills themselves are easy to take. They have no bad taste. They actually have almost no taste except a very faint sweet taste. They dissolve very quickly and are not grainy or anything when they dissolve.
The price is great. I would probably pay more for this since they work so well and a great nights sleep is well worth it.

Works just as good as my prescription medication except it's cheaper and easier to get.
