Nice handbag, bad packaging, March 4, 2011

I ordered one in smoke (silver) and one in black, to give as a gift. The silver one came nicely stuffed with tissue to retain its shape, the hardware and handles were protectively covered and the pockets were lined with tissue. But the black one was sent flat as a pancake, no tissue to protect the shape, the Hype tag was torn in half. looks like I got one that was returned by someone. Definitely can't give it as a gift, looks used. But it's a beautiful bag, trendy, nice size, lots of pockets and can be used casual or dressy.It's very lightweight, nice hardware. I hope I can restore the pouchy look it should have.Looks great in both colors.
