Excellent Help in Coping with Surgery,

This tape is a godsend! I strongly recommend it to anyone who, like me, is squeamish and terrified at the thought and prospect of surgery. I can hardly stand a blood test, let alone go on an IV or be operated on.I listened to the tape every night for about five days before my surgery date and felt much more relaxed and calm. On the day of my surgery, I've never been more at peace with a medical procedure and positive about its outcome. I'm really very very thankful for this tape...really. The operation was a success and just as importantly, its left me feeling very positive. The only negative comment (and there should be some, right, or otherwise this wouldn't be a credible review) is that the hypnotic inductions should be on both sides of the tape, rather than only on one side with explanation on the other...Also, could be just a little more attention paid to post-surgical concerns....Other than that? Well, the entire tape could perhaps be a bit longer! Thanks, Josie Hadley! |
