Verbal step-by-step instructions gently guide the listener into a hypnotic trance state. Positive suggestions are then given to the subconscious mind to help encourage and strengthen the listener's intuitive ability otherwise known as the "6th" sense and often referred to as that "gut feeling". With regular use the listener can learn to "feel" as well as see, hear, taste, touch and smell. Program 2: "Relax and Improve Your Intuition". Straight and to the point, there is nothing sugar coated or flowery about the hypnotic process used on this CD. This is what you would get if you were to walk into the private office of Janet Decker, C.Ht. and sit down in her chair for a one on one hypnotherapy session. This is hypnosis therapy at it's best!
The publisher also likes the fact that this hypnosis audio product is music free. We recognize that not everyone likes the same type of music. So rather than "presume" what the purchaser of this audio product will enjoy as background music, Janet Decker, C.Ht. gives the purchaser/listener the freedom of choice. All he or she has to do, if they so choose, is incorporate a separate sound source and they can listen to music from their own music library while experiencing the very pleasant and relaxing state of hypnosis.
It is our understanding that this hypnosis audio CD was created in such a way as to effectively induce the hypnotic state into no less than 90% of the listeners. We do realize that 100% would be better however this is not realistic as there is nothing that works for everyone.

About the Author
Janet Decker, C.Ht. is a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and a certified Hypnoanaesthesia therapist. She is a hypnotherapy instructor and author. Ms. Decker received her training from the Institute of Ethical and Clinical Hypnosis in Washington DC. She received her specialty certification in hypnotic anaesthesia from the National Board of Hypnotherapy and Hypnotic Anaesthesiology in Arizona. She has lectured extensively on the topic of "Hypnosis, Myth or Magic" and she has been published in "The Journal of Hypnotism". Janet Decker has been teaching meditation and hypnosis techniques for over 19 years and is a member of the National Guild of Hypnotists and the American Association of Behavioral Therapists.
Janet Decker, C.Ht. is the owner of Hypnotherapy Services. She has created and published 9 different audio CDÂ’s on various "self-help" and "mind, body, spirit" subjects.

Learn to interpret your sense of intuition. This CD will help you understand that "gut feeling" and more accurately recognize those feelings. Ms. Decker's soothing voice will not only relax you, but will bring a very calm and peaceful feeling. This CD has helped me to trust my intuitive sense. Everyone should try this! I have bought and listened to other work by Ms. Decker and I highly recommend her hypnotherapy CD's.

Don't waste your time with this CD!,

I was dissapointed with this very monotonous voice only CD and it seems to focus on relaxation rather than intuition (track 2 is solely a relaxation track). There are far better produced products that you can buy from Glenn Harrold or Dr. Andrew Weil and his associates. The latter products are far more interesting and offer music and/or more in depth explanations and insights for hypnosis and specific objectives you may want to achieve. In comparison with them, I found this CD to be a total waste of money and I returned it.

From the beautiful Canid on the cover to Ms. Decker's soothing voice, I loved this disc! I remember releying heavily on my intuition as a child. But like most people, I have been taught over the years to ignore the little voice inside me that tries in vain to guide me around obstacles, and toward the happy destiny that awaits. This disc helped me re-discover something in myself that has lied dormat for far too long and I consider it, along with the other Decker Hypnosis CDs that I've tried, to be a great blessing ion my life!A Reader in Palm Desert
