I am so excited that Hypnobabies has come out with this set for pregnancy. I used all these CD's, but I had to purchase them separately.

The Eliminate Nausea CD, is great for moms who feel sick during pregnancy. I found it helpful and have leant it to 2 friends who benefited as well.

Peaceful Sleep Now is by far my favorite of these CDs. I found it hard to sleep well during my pregnancies and was so happy to have this CD during my 3rd pregnancy. It really helped me fall asleep and sleep through the night. I did still get up to pee (baby still squished my bladder) but I was able to fall back to sleep.

The Affirmations were nice for keeping me feeling positive about my pregnancy and upcoming birth. As a VBAC mom that was extra helpful. But for any pregnant mom, staying positive is an important part of enjoying the experience.

I think this set is good for moms who want help in these areas during their pregnancy. It is also a great addition to the Hypnobabies Home Study program, which helps moms prepare for their Birth.

Moms who know they want to do the complete Hypnobabies program, or moms who are curious, but want to try it out first, this set is a great set for you!

I used Hypnobabies Pregnancy Affirmations from the very early days of my pregnancy. This helped a lot to ease my fears of miscarriage (due to some medical reasons, I have a higher-than-usual chance of miscarriage). The affirmations CD helped me trust my body, and rejoyce in the miracle of pregnancy and learn to visualize and expect the best. I actually started to beliece that my body was my friend, not my enemy! The affirmations reduced my fear and anxiety, and helped me feel more confident and calm. There are great suggestions like: "Pregnancy is natural, normal, healthy and safe... My changing body is radiantly beautiful... I eat nourishing food every day for my baby... my baby is safe within me now... Growing my baby is empowering for me... with every day that goes by, I feel more confident about my pregnancy... all decisions for my pregnancy are mine to make... I am strong, confident, assured and assertive" and so on. This made an amazing difference in my pregnancy. Even a few months after my baby was born (yes, healthy, happy, full-term, with a fabulous natural Hypnobabies birth), I still use some of these affirmations about confidence, choice, having a voice, and loving my body and taking care of myself.

The other CDs are amazing too - I especially love the sleep cd for expectant moms... it puts me out right away every time I listen to it, which is such a blessing with a little one needing my attention throughouot the night... using my 'peaceful sleep now' cue, I can drift right off to sleep again. An amazing, life-altering gift for any expecting friends, or the best gift you could buy for yourself or your partner!

This is a wonderful set of CDs. I ordered each of these individually when I used the Hypnobabies Home Study program in 2005. Peaceful Sleep Now is so wonderful, I still use it!!

Eliminate Nausea is a great way to calm those pregnancy nausea moments, and I have actually put on this CD when I was sick, even after having my baby.

Affirmations for pregnancy - these are so necessary in this day and age when everyone wants to share their birth "horror" stories, and every birth on TV is full of danger and drama.

This would be a great set for ANY pregnant woman, not only those using the Hypnobabies program. They also are a welcome suppliment to those HypnoMoms who are using the Hypnobabies program!
