It is the opinion of this publisher that this hypnosis audio product contains extremely professional, high quality hypnotherapy. Straight and to the point, there is nothing sugar coated or flowery about the hypnotic process used on this recording. This is what you would get if you were to walk into the private office of Janet Decker, C.Ht. and sit down in her chair for a one on one hypnotherapy session. This is hypnosis therapy at its best! The publisher also likes the fact that this hypnosis audio product is music free. We recognize that not everyone likes the same type of music. So rather than presume what the purchaser of this audio product will enjoy as background music, Janet Decker, C.Ht. gives the purchaser/listener the freedom of choice. All he or she has to do, if they so choose, is incorporate a separate sound source and they can listen to music from their own music library while experiencing the very pleasant and relaxing state of hypnosis. I realized, all to well, that it could be difficult to create one hypnotherapy format that would work for, essentially, everyone. I had to take into consideration the following; that each and every person who listens to my recordings will have their own unique, very distinctive, mental, spiritual, emotional and physical characteristics. Also, every individual would be experiencing the problem, for which the product was created to address, in varying degrees. For example, take 10 people who have difficulty sleeping and it is likely that each one of them will be experiencing something slightly different as relates to the actual sleep difficulty. Furthermore, not all hypnotic techniques work for everyone. For this rather mammoth undertaking I drew upon my many years in private practice as a hypnotherapist and hundreds of case studies, which I conducted. About the Author
Janet Decker, C.Ht. is a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and a certified Hypnoanaesthesia Therapist. She received her training from the Institute for Ethical and Clinical Hypnosis in Washington, DC. Ms. Decker received a specialty certification in hypnotic anaesthesia from the National Board of Hypnotherapy and Hypnotic Anaesthesiology in Arizona. She has lectured extensively on the topic of Hypnosis, Myth or Magic and she has been published in The Journal of Hypnotism. Janet Decker has been teaching meditation and hypnosis techniques for over 29 years and is a member of the National Guild of Hypnotists and the American Association of Behavioral Therapists. Janet Decker, C.Ht. is the owner of Hypnotherapy Services. She has created and published 10 different audio products on various self-help and mind, body, spirit subjects.

This is one of three of Janet's CDs that I own. Getting older and going through periods of stress, I noticed that confusion and memory loss were becoming disturbing issues. I ordered this CD and have been very satisfied with the results. Janet has a soothing voice and her relaxation techniques, along with her memory/recall specifics have done wonders for my memory and recall. Any correspondence from her wishes you a: wonderful life enhancing and/or life changing experience! And this CD has been all of that. I just ordered three more CDs.

Wish I could say it helped my memory but it has not. The relaxation part (part II) is the best part of the CD
