Step-by-step instructions guide the listener into a deeply relaxed trance state. Deep relaxation is extremely beneficial to mind, body and spirit. Program 2 enhances the effects of program 1. Program 1 and program 2 may be used independently of each other. An enclosed booklet describes what hypnosis is and how best to use this CD to achieve the greatest results. Effects will vary from person to person. Hypnotherapy is considered "complimentary medicine" and is not intended to be used in place of medical or psychiatric care.

Straight and to the point, there is nothing sugar coated or flowery about the hypnotic process used on this CD. This is what you would get if you were to walk into the private office of Janet Decker, C.Ht. and sit down in her chair for a one on one hypnotherapy session. This is hypnosis therapy at it's best!

It is our understanding that this hypnosis audio CD was created in such a way as to effectively induce the hypnotic state into no less than 90% of the listeners. We do realize that 100% would be better however this is not realistic as there is nothing that works for everyone.

A full description of what hypnosis is and perhaps better still, what it is not, as well as what you can expect to experience, is included as a fold out inside the audio CD. It is most highly recommended that you take a few minutes and read this material.

When I first decided to record hypnotherapy audio CD's I had to consider the fact that these CD's would be bought and used by many, hopefully thousands, of people. I realized, all to well, that it could be difficult to create one hypnotherapy format that would work for, essentially, everyone.

I had to take into consideration the following; that each and every person who listens to my CD's will have their own unique, very distinctive, mental, spiritual, emotional and physical characteristics. Also, every individual would be experiencing the problem, for which the CD was created to address, in varying degrees. For example, take 10 people who have difficulty sleeping and it is likely that each one of them will be experiencing something slightly different as relates to the actual sleep difficulty. Furthermore, not all hypnotic techniques work for everyone.

For this rather "mammoth" undertaking I drew upon my many years in private practice as a hypnotherapist and hundreds of case studies, which I conducted. The resulting "Hypnotic Empowerment Series" audio CD's, there are 9 in all, are the composite of a 19 year exploration of what does and does not work for most people where hypnosis and hypnotherapy are concerned.

It is my fervent desire to facilitate healing, and engender a sense of empowerment to all who purchase and listen to my audio products. I have created the "Hypnotic Empowerment Series" audio CD’s with that in mind.

I have used this CD in conjunction with the stress reduction CD. Ms.Decker helps to develop positive thought processes in the relaxing privacy of you own home. Her gentle, quiet voice offers another way of dealing with the difficulties we each encounter in this world. This CD opens another door to dealing with frustration and anger. It gives you a calming feeling and a new way to cope with the complexties of life itself. The hypnotic suggestions offers a sense of control and an inexpensive way to achieve inner peace, something every human being needs to experience.

I work in a small office, and let's just say that my boss is never going to win "Mr. Congeniality"!! Although he is quick to criticize, I rarely receive credit for my work. I am forced to nod and grin like an idiot while he babbles on incessantly about nothing. I know that sounds like a receipe for happiness, but I believe I had some unresolved anger, frustration and resentment. I cannot afford therapy (as I am also blessed with crappy insurance). So after having incredible success with some of Ms. Decker's other hypnosis discs, I gave this one a try. Once again, the results have surpassed my expectations, and it is not an exageration to say that this CD has saved my job (and possibly my life since my surpressed anger used to manifest itself as road rage)!!

Ms Decker's voice is very calming. The hypnosis suggestions are practical and direct. The customer service offered at this company is fantastic. It is truly satisfaction guaranteed! Without a doubt, I will purchase Ms Decker's products again in the future.
