I am amazed at the difference this CD made in my life. The suggestions on this CD are very positive, very powerful and very empowering. Going right to the source of where I consider the problem came from in the first place, years of negative, derogatory input from the people who mattered most in my life. The suggestions on the CD seem to wipe out old unfounded negative feelings, thoughts and impressions I had about myself and replaced them with positive truth and the realization that I'm as intelligent and as capable as anyone else and can do whatever I set my mind too. The interesting and mystifying thing is that it is so subtle. After listening to the CD a few times I noticed I just felt different one day and I didn't really do anything to make it happen. I used to have to put on pretense every day. Act like I felt good about myself when I didn't. Now I don't act anymore. I do feel good about myself and it is genuine. I think I need to explore hypnosis further. I need to know how hypnosis works because it seems I went to bed one night as one person and woke up the next as someone else. Very, very mystifying... A great CD!

I have had a confidence issue for most of my life, seen counselors and been to a lot of self-help seminars. After I listened to Ms. Decker's CD, things just started happening so easily I couldn't believe it. At work, customers are more at ease with me, and even my boss likes the "new attitude!". Best of all, getting a date is much easier! For anyone who is a little too shy or is unsure of themself, buy this CD. It's the best thing you can do for your own sake. Janet is GREAT!

I strongly recommend this CD, the induction part of the hypnosis is short and effective, leaving most of the time for the suggestions,which are extremely good and effective. I feel very lucky to have found this CD, also the lack of music is a hit.

It is hard to say just how great this CD has been for me. I certainly did not expect the result I got. It took a few times of listening to it but the changes have really been worth the time and effort. I don't feel "beat down" anymore. I'm even sleeping better. Thanks Janet Decker!

I love listening to the self-confidence audio CD. Before I bought the Janet Decker CD, I would never leave my own house. Every day, I would find an excuse to stay in the house, such as wrinkled clothes, fatigue, or fear. Every night, I would always stay at my home, never leaving.

Now, after listening to the self-confidence CD, whenever I want to go out of the house, I just listen to the CD first. So I have
no problems going outside in public. Today I can leave the house without thinking about other things going on.

Also, I play the CD at different volumes each time, for variety.

This CD changed my life, and I feel like a new person. I can do whatever I want now. I am too busy feeling great to worry about anything.

I work in a high profile office with many personality types. Many of my superiors can be so intimidating to me. Listening to Janet's CD has given me the confidence I need to go to work without being stressed out every day! I actually like going to work now.

Ms Decker has developed a self help CD that anyone can use at home. It offer positive suggestions and ideas that anyone can accept and assimilate into his or her life. It allows one to look to this moment in time and to erase the negative ideas that have been into indoctrinated into one's thoughts by life's journey. Use of this tape on a regular basis offers a chance at a postive thought process and a happier, more serene daily existence.

I have numerous hypnosis CDs and this one is by far the most professionally done. You have to relax your body to accept suggestions, and I found this CD did that very well. The content was very good... the induction, the suggestions, etc.
She has a very soothing voice that is well modulated and well timed. I actually found it more relaxing without music on the CD than with.

The speaker's voice is soothing and pleasant, but there are long pauses where she leaves you alone to imagine certain things. There are echos to certain words, which I found cheesy. The affirmations were not what I thought they should be: "You have a right to be here. You deserve to be here..." I know that already. I want to believe in more than that!!

The one thing that I did like is the way she repeats herself really does sink in and you do start to feel hypnotized by her voice and words.

The second track is not really about builing belief in yourself, but more about relaxing.

I am so glad I picked up this CD. After the relaxing effects of her Becoming the Goddess CD and her Intuition one it didn't take much to convince myself to snatch up this CD. This is a great CD and already after 3 days of listening to it I'm feeling the effects of it. My thinking is much clearer, not so clouded with worry as it was. I try natural alternatives as often as I can rather then loading my body with pills to deal with my constant state of stress overload and these CD's...their like sunshine for the mind, helping to keep me healthy.
I also suggest Becoming the Goddess and Hypnosis for Intuition. Ms. Decker has one of the most soothing voices in the universe and her hypnosis meditations are great.
