This is a really good book that certainly helped to me understand some of the various ways that Erickson thought about healing oneself and others using trance states.
His personal story is inspiring and alot of his ways of helping people evolved directly from his observations and experiences through out life. You want to learn to appreciate how Erickson worked? Then buy this book!

The editors have taken on a monumental task in putting a vast amount of diverse material in to a structure that makes sense and teaches. They did it very well.
