This meditation is actually pretty good. The guy has an Australian accent but it's not disctracting for me. I liked his mantras, they certainly help me with my food cravings at work.

There is an 11 minute intro on how to use the program and how hypnosis works in general.
The actual hypnosis is 47 minutes. The first 20 minutes of the program focus' on getting you really relaxed and then there are about 27 minutes of mantras.

The hypnosis helps me get to sleep, so it's really a great deal for helping my weight loss goals and for helping me to sleep.

The reason why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I think it's a bit long and the theta brain waves in the background that sound like faint beeping can be distracting to begin with. It took me listening to it for about a week to get used to it.

This is just the introduction to the program divided into two smaller tracks. It does NOT contain the hypnotic program, so, from my point of view, I just wasted money on something with absolutely no value whatever. Feel as though I have been ripped off, since I thought I was getting the entire program.
