If you have the album, don't bother with this single, unless you are a hard core BIG fan or collector. I bought this CD for the "Hypnotize" remix, but it's wack. It's a jungle mix by Tricky that completley misses the mark. While the original is a bangin' club song, you can't dance to the remix at all. I had a friend who was hard into drum'n'bass and jungle and even he said the remix was terrible. The radio mix and the club mix are almost identical to the original version and would only be good to DJs who need a clean version of the song, or a version they can more easily blend beats with. Everyone else, avoid, avoid, avoid.

This has to be the best single ever released in 97 and it's a track that will never die out cause of the high speed emotions you get when you start listenning to the track and just the voice and the great word by the late rapper himself make ya wanna just start bumping this in your car stero or home entertainment system and also reminisce over the the great work that this legendary rapper left behind due to his untimley death.

I just am amazed at this mans music and talent. the track is so up tempo and it's just keeps you going and going and going. The lyrics are superb and this mans vison of track is just amazing.

Biggie, being one of the finest MCs of all time, is bound to produce mega hits like that of Big Poppa, One More Chance, and Mo Money Mo Problems. Hypnotize is by no means an exception, but perhaps Big's biggest hit. 1997 was the year Hypnotize dropped and was easily Rap music's, and perhaps *all* of music's biggest single of the year.

As good as Hypnotize is, save yourself the money and time and purchase Biggie's posthoumous masterpiece, Life After Death, which includes Hypnotize and other hits like Mo Money Mo Problems, Sky's the Limit, and Kick in the Door, among others.

The cd is very good and I loved the remix that was on the cd. The title track was very good and his lyrist are amazing on the track. I'm gonna buy more of his singles cause he really impressed me with his music.
