2001 Hyundai Accent? Will this work in place of the stock CD/Radio that comes in a 2001 Hyundai Accent?

You need to determine the type of mounting for your car. I have the 2003 Accent. Very likely, the 2001 model also lacks the "pocket" necessary to hold an aftermarket radio or stereo. You'll likely have to order the necessary replacement--a frame and side brackets that serves in place of a pocket. Also of key importance is purchasing the aftermarket "harness" necessary to connect to your car's factory harness--again, you'll likely need to order this. I've noted that the one necessary for newer Hyundais is really hard to find at stores. The wires for this and other units connect to this aftermarket harness (via electrical splicing/soldering/electrical tape or fittings)--then the new harness clicks in to the factory harness. Once you have the aftermarket harness, you may use it for other "head" units, also. Many books and a great deal of online help are available. Harnesses, dash install kits, and help are available at http://amazon.com. Apparently, also, you may hire someone to install for you--via amazon.
