Jordin Sparks is back with an all new song. I think this is going to be Jordin Sparks year. After her performance on American Idol of "I Am Woman" she was trending on Twitter on the same day and also the single went up on iTunes. All I can say that this is going to be her next HIT because it's catchy, it has meaning, and it's just Jordin being herself.

Some day Miss Sparks will wake up and realize that she is a ballad singer.
She moves people with her emotion and talent.
I am moved every time I watch her sing the National Anthem, "I who have nothing", "Woman in love", "Broken wing", etc...
Meanwhile she will continue to produce this kind of nonsense and drivel.

There is no question taht when it has came down to Jordin Sparks, she has yet to really fully shed her American Idol image, and it really hasn't shown. After the disspointed 2009 album Battlefield, she really hadn't been able to shine brightly musically. That song, and then a wasted sample of sample of Let The Music Play on S.O.S., failed badly. Thankfully, she did a good job at acting with her work in the Broadway show In The Heights well. But when it does come down to her songs choices, they haven't been the strongest suits. Her latest song I Am Woman isn't really outstanding at all. The feeling of the song feels like she is trying to re-ignite what had already flopped for her. I think Jordon needs to have better choices in her songs to call her own. When her 3rd record come out, she really needs to step up her game. Hopefully, she will and show she could be more than a woman.
