i stumbled upon this dvd set after watching the tlc program featuring Paul McKenna and the simple life changing steps and techniques he provides. This is for someone following the four golden rules an excellent resource. There are no commercial breaks like the tlc program had, there are no overwhelming scientific documentation to inundate someone. there is only Paul, an audience, the details of the techniques, some practice sessions and some relaxation sections where if used, a person can reprogram their belief system and change the way that they think or feel about food.

will i buy it again, yes, because i think for someone who is a friend just starting out on this program it would be an excellent gift.

I saw Paul McKenna's Discovery Channel shows. I need constant reminders to keep me on track with my eating. I'm very pleased with Paul McKenna's I CAN MAKE YOU THIN SYSTEM 5 CD SET. It is what I expected. This product contains a 90 day Journal, a short pamphlet that briefly describes the content, and the 5 CDs. Each CD has a "lesson" portion (about 20 min. each), and a "program" portion (about 20 min. each). The set arrived promptly. One of the CDs was labeled wrong and I needed a replacement; but it was quickly replaced with the correct CD. I am very pleased with this product and provider. I'm definitely an emotional eater and the Emotional Eating CD is helping me; correction, all the CDs are helping me. This program is all about me being in control and learning what I need to be in control.

The journal and CDs in this set are excellent tools to get you moving on the road to weight loss success. Do what Paul advises and do it every day. You will be successful. With a success rate of over 70%, when dieting has a success rate of 6%, this is the way to work your way to a slimmer, healthier you while loving life and yourself in the bargain.
