Never received a book they claim was shipped twice,

I ordered two books from this company. One came in two weeks. After a month I complained that I never received the second. They said they were sorry and had another copy which they were shipping that day. Two weeks later I asked them to verify shipment and they said that it shipped two weeks prior and I should get it soon. Another week and I got an answer that they would refund my money. The next day I got an Email that the refund was done but entered by mistake and I should repay when I got the book. I never got the book. They do not know what is going on and what has shipped and not shipped. I got one book from them so they had my address right. I have gotten over 25 other books from other companies ok so no one it taking my mail. The have just screwed up.
