This book, despite its Australian focus, defined for me the whole concept of customer value. It introduces a new typology that fills the gap in consumer metrics and shows, in an entirely readable way, how to apply it to businesses large and small.

This changed the way I did business and delivered success.

I can't recommend it highly enough.
