I think this has to be one of the greatest albums ever made. I've been a fan of Kessler for a couple of years & have been waiting for this CD for most of that time. There are only a VERY small handful of albums I like that I don't skip over at least a couple songs and "I Know Your Voice" is now in that catagory. Bottom line, this CD will engage you from the first song "Love is War" to the last "Get it Away" and every song in between.

This album is simply amazing! It is my new favorite cd and it will be for a long time! No matter your musical tastes, everyone will find something to absolutly love about Kessler. This cd makes a great gift and for $10 its a steal!!!! I recommend this to everyone!

Kessler's music is fresh and real. They speak to your heart and make you want to hear more. I highly recommend "I Know Your Voice". It is hard to pick a favorite song, because they are all so good. You should get it today!

Posting puff reviews is a disgusting practice, very counter productive. At least two, possibly three, of the five star "best album ever!" reviews here appear to be bogus, just check out the review history of the people posting. If you delete your reviews and post honestly, I'll remove this.

Please note, it's actually okay to post a "friend and family" review, but be up-front about it, admit they're your friends or you're some kind of major stalker fan, and encourage people to support the band, nothing wrong with that. But you can't post something like "one of the greatest albums ever made" for a band about to appear at the Oklahoma City Arts Festival and not get jumped, especially when it's the only Azon review you've ever posted. Use a little intelligence for heaven's sake, people see that nonsense and just move on. Like I said, counter productive.

In the meantime, do I post an actual review of a power pop CD that is nowhere near my taste? Kinda pointless, and quite frankly it's very easy to sound good in this stale genre, so it's difficult to draw distinctions. I'll give it this, the vocals are properly powerful and the "big" hooks work well enough, especially on "Outside" and "Perfect". This young Dallas band could eventually grow out of this, and produce something of their own that's really worthwhile, there's talent to build on here. Hope I can post (a real) positive review somewhere down the road, good luck with your fall shows. In the meantime, reign in your buds!
