Yay! I'm first to introduce this wonderful Christmas album.

To tell the absolute truth, I never really expected a Christmas album from Tommy James. I'm glad I was wrong. What an ear-opening experience. I have approximately 150 Christmas CDs incorporating singers from yesterday and today: everyone from Frank Sinatra to Celtic Woman to Chicago with a lot of MoTown, country and Doo-Wop thrown in. This one is easily in my top 5, and I've only gone all the way through it once.

Not unlike Tommy James, I love Christmas. It's my favorite time of the year, and I'm so happy that TJ took this project so seriously. When he takes on the standards, it's with great reverence that he applies his particular spin to them, some done in acapella, some with a choir and others with his trademark reverb and pop-rock verve.

His original compositions have the stellar quality that makes them worthy of Dove Award nominations, especially track number 6, 'Born on the First Christmas Day', that tells the true story of Christmas with all the power of a gospel song but with a contemporary Christian flair. I listened to that track about a dozen times in a row before moving to the next track.

For all you music aficionados out there (you know who you are), you all NEED to add this album to your Christmas collection. Now.

Quite an accomplishment, TJ. Congratulations. I know you are as proud of this album as I am in owning it. Having been in my teens in the late 60s during your heyday, I've always been a fan. I'm glad I hung in there!

Tommy James works his magic again with new arrangements of old favorites along with some of his own. We really enjoyed the Christmas album.

I love my cd. I really only got it for the "I love Christmas" song on it. It reminds me of my childhood. I played it over and over again. My sister thought it was a little corny.But I love it! It is the best Christmas Song ever! Thank-you Amazon for your excellent shipment.

I was very down this season and, w/ just a few days to Christmas, I had virtually no spirit and not the slightest inclination to listen to seasonal music for the first time in my life.

Tommy James's release, I Love Christmas, has changed all that in the twinkling of a 38-minute release. Encore! Encore!

Very Creative versions of old faithful Christmas Music and the best version of Little Drummer Boy i have ever heard arranged.
What can i say but Tommy you are a first class...........class act.
He even has a little bit of a Crimson And Clover twist to a cut or two!!!!
He does not stray to far from traditional but takes a step or two in creativity to make these classics interesting and personal.
BRAVO!!!!!!!!!!!
